What happens when we combine emotional intelligence of horses and experiential learning?

It creates an amazing platform for personal and professional growth and development for creating transformational change.

What do I mean by transformational change? I have worked with clients since 2012 doing coaching work. I have worked with executives and small teams. This is great for individual work, teams and organizations. The topics that we cover and the things that we explore are defined by the client.

We set our intentions, create the environment, and allow the horse to become the coach.
This is an organic process where often the lessons that are presented are more relevant and profound than what we had ‘planned for’.

We’ve worked on topics such as:

  • nonverbal communication
  • body awareness
  • energy management
  • leadership
  • change management
  • conflict resolution
  • team building
  • confidence
  • self awareness

I’ve had clients that were struggling with a big personal or professional decision, spend some time with the horses. They were able to get really deep into their own body awareness and their own body wisdom. The horse’s emotional intelligence created a context to help them shift the paradigm and their thinking. They were able to create new possibilities and come away with great insights that enabled them to take the next step forward.

Is that something that appeals to you?

Would you like to know more?

I’d love to schedule a time to get together over a cup of coffee to talk about it.
